Hello, my friends! Today, I’d like to share with you my favorite breakfast menu these days on my empty stomach.
What’s your favorite breakfast? What would you like to eat as the first meal on your empty stomach for the day? Mine is quite simple, though.
I am trying to have a healthy meal these days, and I have fallen in love with one special dish for my breakfast. That is APPLE & PEANUT BUTTER COMBO!
Why do I like it?
First, it’s tasty. As you all know, the fruit apple is sweet, sour, and crisp. But if you add 100% peanut butter to the apple, it’s a game changer. It adds nutty, creamy (and also crunchy if you want), and savory taste to the apple. IT’S REALLY TASTY!😋
Second, it makes me feel full for a loooong time. Whenever I have the apple and peanut butter combo, I don’t feel hungry that easily. Also, it helps me not to overeat the whole day. That’s actually awesome!💛
Third, It’s nutritious. Apple has lots of vitamins and fibers (especially, when you have with its peel), and 100% peanut butter has vitamin Bs and good fat for your body which decreases the bad cholesterol (LDL) level.

Add to it, I also have a cup of warm water with lemon juice.
Have you ever heard about Eum Yang Tang? In Korea, there’s one type of healthy water which is called Eum-Yang-Tang.
What is Eum Yang Tang?
- Eum means –
- Yang means +
- Tang means soup
Therefore, Eum Yang Tang means mixture of hot and cold water.
How do you make Eum Yang Tang?
Making Eum Yang Tang is very simple. It is just mix of hot water and cold water. However, the important thing here is you should put 50% of hot water first into the cup, and then add another 50% of cold water. It’s because it has an effect such as improving metabolism due to convection phenomena that occur, like a science.
Therefore, I drink one cup of eum yang tang or simply add lemon juice into it as well in the morning.
